Rugbytots - website and booking system
Rugbytots is an international children's rugby training franchise company, operating in countries all over the world.
Brief
We have worked with Rugbytots since the company was founded, starting with its branding and a simple website. The company grew quickly through franchising and this led to the requirement for a new website to enable Rugbytots to manage its entire online operation.
A responsive design was needed for customers to make bookings via an integrated payment portal. Franchisees and coaches then needed to be able to manage bookings via a web-based admin portal.

Solution
We started with high-fidelity wireframes of most of the pages on the site to allow for usability testing of key features such as the booking process and admin portal.
For customers, we created a simple 3-step booking process, starting with a postcode search for classes, registration of child details and then online payment. We concentrated on the user experience and removing barriers to booking.
The site also offers the option of purchasing Rugbytots merchandise and a password protected area for parents enables them to manage their child's class booking as well as being able to read their coaches' comments about their child's progress.
Franchisees can log in and add classes, manage waiting lists and send emails & SMS messages to parents.
Rugbytots administrators can do all of the above as well as manage merchandise and see payments.
